Better Audio?

My current camera is a drift HD 720p with no audio input so I got Zoom H1 to improve it.

How do you improve audio in your videos?

Thought they had a mic input? They might need an adaptor though, but RTFM ;)

Also depends what audio you want. You talking or just want ambient? Talking will need good mic placement in the helmet which will need a bit of dicking about with mic placement and trying out at motorway speeds. Ambient then an external in your pocket and off you go. Nothing to say you can't get a multi channel external and record both helmet and ambient to it, just you'll need a wire from your helmet down to the recorder where as audio to camera where both are on the helmet is aesthetically better.

The newer drifts have audio input but I'm a bit behind, I got my Drift 3 years ago...

This keeps changing but right now I prefer to hear noise of the bike rather then watching any vlog, like Schaaf's videos. Like this LINK

Do you use any programs or specific products get better audio?

This is sounding sweet as! What mic are you using? I would say the bass is a little bit higher than I'd like but it sounds awesome

There's still a lot of things I can improve like bass level or get rid of all wind noise, saying that I'm very impressed with Zoom's capabilities and I can't wait for the weather to get better so I can go out and test it more :)

If the weather your way is anything like it is here, now is a good time to test deadcat and positioning for wind!

it wasn't a big issue, I think the reason for it was the bag it used, (my favourite) old, worn, with few holes...
