Thought they had a mic input? They might need an adaptor though, but RTFM
Also depends what audio you want. You talking or just want ambient? Talking will need good mic placement in the helmet which will need a bit of dicking about with mic placement and trying out at motorway speeds. Ambient then an external in your pocket and off you go. Nothing to say you can't get a multi channel external and record both helmet and ambient to it, just you'll need a wire from your helmet down to the recorder where as audio to camera where both are on the helmet is aesthetically better.
There's still a lot of things I can improve like bass level or get rid of all wind noise, saying that I'm very impressed with Zoom's capabilities and I can't wait for the weather to get better so I can go out and test it more
