1080p 30fps Or 720p 60fps?

Now I know the more frames the better for fluid recording but I prefer 1080 for a better field of view due to positioning of my action cam though I love how fluid my video looks at 60fps I cant afford a high-end action cam so I'm stuck on the Low end is it worth just slapping 720p 60fps in day and just use 1080 at night??

Thoughts would be great!!!

Slight edge for 1080, I think the picture is better from personal experiences when I had the HD Ghost.

I also noticed that, it does save me having to change the pixel ratio all the time but I am a geek for fluid movement.

1080p30 is what I choose to record in despite having all the kit for 1080p60.

I don't do slow motion and 30fps is a lot better for image quality in poor or fluctuating lighting conditions.

I'm going to have to agree with you there very true, and it's proof it works as night time shits need to be shot in 30fps as that is a low light condition.

True, 60fps is great but I think now 30fps 1080p is more practical definitely as iron miserable UK haha

a lot of cheaper action cams don't actually do the fps that they state. i had an action cam that stated 720P at 60fps, but it was actually 30fps duplicated.

That sucks man I would have to say go with trusting brands like drift of gopro they make good entry level cams that's have legit fps

yeah a lot cameras say 60fps but really 30 frames split in half.. which they suppose to write 1080 60i
make sure it has a 60p then if not true 60 you can flip.
