1000 Subs Now Many Views

Shifty

Motovlogger
I saw a vlogger celebrating 1000 subs but was only getting up to 100 views? What's going on there? That's like 10% watching from subs ?

It seems with motovlogs the higher the sub count the lower the percentage. Especially those that use lots of click bait. Mine hovers around be 25% mark most of the time but was actually higher with less subs.

On average the norm is getting about close to 10% views of your total sub count. But that's not really true as you didn't account for non-sub views, so realistically 8% would be a closer number. Why is this so? Heck, I don't know. Not every sub will watch ALL your videos I guess, so you are playing the game of averages.

My videos for the past month or so have been getting around 80 views against 140 subscribers. I did expect my sub number to increase when I started getting more views but I think view count is more important than subscribers really.

Have to remember that most subscribers are actually Motovloggers.... unless they're a larger channel

I have heard that in the past you could buy subs and even buy views for your youtube account. I guess the idea behind it was that it made your channel more attractive to other viewers so that they would be more apt to watch and sub your channel. I don't know if this was a rumor or if it was or still is fact but I have seen a lot of youtubers that have a super high sub count and not so many views per video. Not saying they bought any of their subs (what they do with their money and their channel is their own prerogative) But that might be the case in some instances.

You can pay some money for YT to promote your video(s) but buying subs I don't think so. Anyway YT cleans up inactive users from time to time so no point for that.

Yep. Just looked it up and you can buy subs and views for your youtube account on a few different websites out there. I don't know how it works but I'm sure they make a ton of money doing it and you don't get much out of it.

Never do it, YouTube/Google have good analytic software that spots this sh1t and they just close the channel down that does it.
Twitter on the other hand doesn't care for all those sad people that want followers ;)

Mines growing organically, I am up to a grand total of 71 mainly diehard middle aged bikers I think! But like me.
