as long as you are prepared, you will be fine. That looks like it was a miserable experience.
Never thought about fog and rain. Yeah that would suck!!I've only been caught in the rain once and it sucked since I had no waterproof gear on. Fog is the worst though because no one will see you.
Damn for real? I have never been in fog so thick that I could not see the light at the intersection.Rain is no problem. Fog... fog is what is scary. One morning on my way to work it was so foggy you couldn't see a stop light from one end of the intersection to the other. And keep in mind this is at 5:30AM. I had two people try and come into my lane before I rev bombed them.
I didnt have a choice. I really needed to get home and the rain didnt look like it was stopping anytime soon.yes it DOES suck balls. hahaha. I just drove to work during that mess last week.
Really, your first time, lol. Riding down to work on the 15 can get brutal , and it does rain often just depends where you live. Lake Elsinore gets plenty of Rain as well as Temecula where I work. Snow Board jacket is a good call though! I've done that a few times... LolI really dont like riding in the rain. In short it sucks!! lol. Check it out.
I am not into leathers. Yet anyway.I've only seen fog that thick once, and yeah I would love to have a pair of gloves with a wiper on it. But I am focusing my purchases on a new sedici leather race jacket haha.
