WELCOME from Maryland! Nice scoot - I have a Vulcan 800 I ride occasionally Great bikes!

To test my Vulcan knowledge, @R-Rated , I believe that's the stock Drifter fender... unless it's a stock Classic fender. Either way, it should be a factory item.
