Anyone here use Adobe After-Effects for graphics stuff?

I don't. Which is a problem because I have an Adobe After Effects graphics file and a sound file which I need to have synced and changed to a file that I can import into Resolve. (I guess an MOV file would be the go?)

If anyone is able to help me by doing this for me, that'd be great!
