Props for the fancy rotating base thingy!

I think reviews like this are the way to go. Use it for a long time and then talk about it. Not a couple of weeks. Then you can tell people fully how you feel about it. Although by the time you review it the next model will be out. So I guess it's kind of like trying to hit the sweet spot.

I think it's true for those interested in helmets more for the fashion aspect of it (these are the guys that buy different helmets of the same type for the graphics, i'm looking at you AGV Corsa/PistaGP collectors).

But for the most part, helmet models continue production for years and you still can continue buying the base model for it's practical aspects and the prices hardly change, nor are they objectively any worse than newer models except for style.

Yea, I originally bought the rotating display for my Anime Figure unboxing, review and display videos. Turns out since my helmets are usually under 2 kilos, and the thing can support it's weight so i thought, might as well.

True that. I mean I typically don't buy the newest model of helmet anyways. I always check the closeout/discounted sections of websites to see if anything looks cool.
