whats the best way you guys know to mount the drift hd (left or right side) dont think you can chin mount with the drift

Depends upon your helmet. There is the Teletubby option (top) also. Just make sure the camera image is level and has a good field of view from riding position, wherever you mount it, and that it doesn't interfere with movement or equipment.

I personally prefer the Telly Tubby Mount. Get a nice view of everything, handily misses the speedo, and you don't have the issue of your lid taking up space on screen.

Just put the time in and make sure you get it nice and level, you need to put it surprisingly far back so it is level with the helmet on.

I've done left, right and top mount, I think I prefer right mounted, although I don't mind top. Left gets pedestrians better (in the UK), and right gets more of the traffic, which is usually where most stuff happens, and is likely to be the source of any trouble you want your digital witness for.

That's one reason I went from right to left mount. (U.S.) All the crazy traffic stuff happens on the left. Although, I saw a car flipped over today on my right this morning.

Referance my profile picture, I mount it set up normally on the right. Ive seen it on the left with the lens turned 180 degrees to capture footage the right way up. I tried it on the top but I have a flip face helmet which was causing to much drama (visor bumping into the camera etc)
