Where will you be riding mostly? The 6 has more usable power for every day type riding, commuting, back roads, and track. I voted for the 10 just because, well, that's my baby... But each bike is different and fit people differently. I grew up with older era sport bikes (imagine a 750 that weighs as much as a busa and still throwing it around in corners like it's a toy) so I'm used to bigger bikes and even the modern liter bikes feel small to me.
In all honesty, a modern 600 is leaps and bounds quicker than most people truly need.
Some things to consider...
Insurance will be cheaper for the 6
Fuel mileage will be better on the 6
Tires will be cheaper for the 6
Initial cost will be cheaper on the 6
Unless you have miles of open highway that you're planning to have it pegged in 6th gear for boring lame ass high speed straight runs, you won't be disappointed with the 6
