If you download The GIMP you can make your own, it is free image editing software. You can also download YouTube banner templates if you google it you should find something, they basically have a window showing the visible image for each type of viewer platform so you can ensure what you make fits.

Another option is paying for someone to make it for you. Put up a paid request here and mention how much you are willing to pay. I'd avoid Fiverr if you want anything unique.
