Youtube Featured Channels. Who Wants To Network?

My "Channels" tab has a list of all the other motovloggers I'm subscribed to. I don't seem to be able to customize this list. On the home page I have an "add a section" button that seems like it might work for this. There is a "Custom grouping" option but not a "Featured channels" option. When you select "Custom grouping" you can then select "add channels". These will show up right on your home page, wherever you put the section (you can move it around).

Do the rest of you see the same thing I'm seeing?

Does it look the same even if you choose the "view as a subscriber" thing and not as yourself? Added you now BTW
