Haha, It isn't allowed by law in the Netherlands (that's where I'm from) when you ride inside cities.
But it's tolerated if you don't cause any danger.. like lane splitting with 50+ km/h.

We can only filter legally when we ride in a traffic jam on the highway (5-15km/h? faster than the cars in thhe traffic jam)
