I think insurance companies in general are never on our side. In my experience even when I was the one who was hit they still despite witness accounts and the police reports gave me the run around and questioned me way too much as if I were the bad guy. I've used multiple companies and all have acted this way when I needed to use the service I pay for. Almost makes full coverage seem like a waste since they offer it so you feel protected and safe yet when you need it they try and twist you in to miswording the situation so that they can screw you out of what you need.

I have never had problems, had usaa and geico for over 10 years now. Have not been in a motorbike crash yet, but I am a "car killer" as my other half labels me. I have totaled 4 cars in the last 7 years, 2 were deers and the others were me getting hit by retards. Never been questioned at all.
I am not calling anyone an ass, but some of the companies do not have very good customer service skills at all and you have to be patient with them.

you are probably right on the patience part but it's hard to be patient when you are being questioned like the criminal while being laid up in a neck brace and leg wrap after some drunk runs you over. I guess it was just a bad time to be dealing with people haha.
