I am just telling you my personal experience. I rode Gladius for about 10hrs and 636 for aprox. 50min
Turning on spot with 636 felt easier for me, riding of from standing position is easier. Throttle is not jerky on 636 it feels smooth.
Yes gladius has better sitting position and maybe just what I have noticed better stopping power with rear break.
What I rode in curves 636 felt easier to follow.
