Hi @NVARider,

Welcome to MotoVlog.com.
Where are you from? What do you ride? Say hello, what do you like? Why are you here?

Got a photo of your bike?

Currently in Michigan. Been here pretty much my whole life but my wife and I are thinking of moving a little south for some warmer weather and a longer riding season. Riding a 2020 Road Glide Special in Billiard Red. I signed up here because I have a small YouTube channel I am working on and I am always trying to learn new ways to make it better to help it grow. And if I can share some of my experiences with other creators that just helps the whole community.
This is how it looked when I took delivery. I have since changed the seat, added passenger floorboards and a backrest, new wind shield, Arlen Ness air filter, LED indicators, and removed the front reflectors. Handlebars are probably next.

Welcome! I'm new here too and I can say so far it seems like a great community with loads of good info to be had.

Hi @NVARider welcome to the forum. That is a stunning looking bike, how are you finding it a year on? :)
Still love it. The 114 is plenty powerful enough for me and does great with a passenger. I would say the only complaint at the moment is the stock rear suspension. Definitely needs to be upgraded. I have 5000 miles on it and have not had one issue. Going in soon for it's 5000 mile service.

Welcome. I certain understand the draw to warmer (or dryer) weather. I can't imagine going through MI winters. Good looking ride!

Gotta love the 114! :D My Street Glide has the same motor... plenty of torque. You're right though, the stock suspension has got to go! What rear suspension are you going to go with? I'm still trying to decide.

Pretty much settled on Legend. Going back and forth between the Revo A or the Revo Arc

Lovely bike pal, the 114 M8 is a sweet engine! Love that red as well, rare! Ever thought about Stage 1/2? Welcome to the forum.

Thanks

John

I would like to do a stage 1/2 eventually. I just did an Arlen Ness air cleaner. Kind of waiting for the warranty to expire before jumping in and doing more. Not expecting any problems. I have slip-ons and the FP3 fuelpak in my cart at Dennis Kirk ready to go. Will probably be an upcoming winter project.
