hey, thanks for the warm welcome. I'm 32, living in central illinois and about to start a motovlog. I ride a 2002 indian chief that was my dad's. It needed a bit of work to get it back on the road before I got and I noticed a huge deficit on youtube of anything involving the gilroy era indians so I figured I might be able to fill that gap and have some fun riding
while i was at it.

thank you, gentlemen. the gilroy's, despite all thier faults, had some serious style.

Rey Sotelo did great bringing the brand back sadly the corporate officers got to greedy and by 2001 had "their own" engine and such. Mr. Sotelo tried to warn them the market was not their yet.

I remember visiting the booth for the liquidation company when the brand sunk before Stellican bought it and moved to Kings Mountain.

I almost bought a 1999 Chief back in 2001... unfortunately it had an oil issue.
