Rant Water Issues (aka Poop In Lake Erie)

So back home in Ohio there have been pretty serious water issues over the past few years to the point that my home town has been asked to boil their tap water because of algae blooms. Thought I'd chime in on this and just let off some steam since I had to waste money on bottled water while on vacation.
