Mate, worst comes to worst you get a fine (and points depends where your from).. If all your lane splitting is safe I don't think there will be a Judge in the world to strip you of your license..

Why are people SOOOOOOO paranoid nowadays???

If you do something stupid, that may effect others, cause injury or even death. Then the Authorities will proll knock at ya door, otherwise why would they?
If a Cop pulls out of the station, drives 1m he would find a Car/Bike/Truck/Padestrian/seagull/Pram/Old lady/etc, that he could 'find' anything he wanted to find (MOT/RWC, Speed, Tail light out, Wonky walker, etc).

Us 'meat-sacks' are a funny bunch, we arent Robots, so we will innevitably NOT be able to Keep to a speed limit, Resist from answering a Ph call, Allways indicate, allways wear seat belt, etc etc.

We arent perfect!!

So if ya want the Interwebby Bobby to chase ya like the Keystone Cops, Put Wheelie, burn-out, Road-Rage, Trolling Vids and youll get flagged, If ya dont, your safe.
No Cop out their is going to watch Thousands of HOURS of footage to follow a 'simple' offence like that.

A mate of mine didnt want to go to the recent 'ToyRun', coz he was worried the Po were going todo a blitz on loud mufflers, 3500+ bikes 'Yeah Sure'.

Understand the message that you are conveying here and normally I'd agree with you but many riders are finding things a bit sticky in QLD at the moment regarding the rights and treatment of bikers.

I ride a Japanese cruiser, with kit that looks nothing like a 'bikie kit' yet I've been pulled over twice in the last few months for general checks. The bike is still stock, and I've been advised by my local bike shop not to put a suicide shifter on the bike due to the current laws/harassment of bikers.

This sort of treatment is causing a lot of bikers especially up this way to be a bit cautious.

I don't know what power the police may have to convict anybody doing illegal things on a YT video. The video itself may be proof of an illegal act but how they'll link the video to a physical person doing that illegal activity?
In my case, lane splitting is not illegal, the same as filtering. Speeding on public roads and riding/driving with no plates is illegal but nobody actually cares enough to enforce that. You can pinpoint the politicians and police officers cars and bikes on the streets easily because they have no plates. The speed limit is supposed to be 110 km/h on the highway, I had absolutely no problem with riding without plates during the whole 2013 year and going 140km/h on the highway last weekend so I shouldn't have problems posting videos of that. Also, last Monday I chased a stupid biach that dared to honk me on an intersection. We were going 40km/h over the speed limit. Nothing happened.
The law enforcement where you live may be different so if you know you can get caught, don't give them reasons to.

Once because of a mobile phone user and the other when I nearly hit a lamppost
