I'm really interested in your opinions of the various ways to show 3 camera angles during vlogging.

I like the 3 angles but it seems excessive in my opinion. I definitely understand the rear camera for purposes like if someone rear ends you. Other than that, I personally don't like the view. It's rather boring. As for the other two angles, I love them. My favorite is the windscreen mount. Great video! Maybe try a swingarm angle instead of the rear camera?

Yeah I've had the 2 for a while now and really like the chin/crotch cam combo.

A rear camera can be nice if you're in a group ride, or when your leaning particularly far, or if you have a great view behind you.

Alternatively I can stick it on the missus' helmet when she rides pillion, but a frame mount sounds like a good idea!

Too many options!

Chin/Crotch are the best options, what's what I use currently. I'm thinking about saving up for a third GoPro to do the rear angle, but wouldn't use it as often.

Which camera models are you using?

I'm going to use the Chin/Crotch combo for every day vlogs, and all 3 cut into cinematic widescreen shots for the scenic/group rides.

I use a GoPro Hero 3+ Black and 2 GoPro Hero 2014's.

The 2014's have dropped to below $100 recently and they have a 2h45m battery life, I think they're perfect for secondary cameras!

Yeah, I have nothing but Hero4 Blacks right now... pricy but great!

How are you finding them?

I made sure I had a good 1080p60 main camera (Hero 3+ Black) and some decent secondary 720p60 cameras to match it.

I didn't think 4K was worth going for for at least a few more years as the battery life, storage and processing requirements are huge.

Purchasing off of Amazon. Yeah 4K isn't the best at this tone, maybe in 5 years. 1080p 60fps works flawlessly right now.

All three are ok ...helmet no1 choice then use the others intermittently depending on what's going on ...I don't envy the editing ...I struggle with one camera & sound lol

Definitely sold on the dual cam for vlogs and mixing all 3, one at a time, for scenery/group rides.
