I have ridden motorcycles for 40 years. I am 47 now. I had an accident last January. I have the video on my YouTube channel of being rear ended. I recovered with a little pain and managed to avoid surgery, tore acl and mcl in left knee.
I then purchased a 2021 Harley Davidson Road Glide and loved it, rode it to Sturgis last year and put about 14k miles on it in less than a year. Well, I started to notice pain in left knee when I would come to a hill stop or a decline stop. I take my misses me on rides and didn't feel comfortable with a passenger and even myself with the knee problem.
So I sold the 2 wheels and bought a 2022 Harley Davidson Tri Glide GI Enthusiast model. I am a retired Navy Veteran and the paint scheme suited me and I still work in a Veterans role helping Veterans after their military service. I know some of you will dissect my decision to buy a 3 wheeler, and others may be able to see my reasoning.
This keeps my knees in the breeze and I am loving the hell out of it right now. I am making some videos on the transition and for me the tie was right.
