To post, or not to post?

Without any basis or context to the question, my answer would be to just post it if you are happy with it and just want to share. You can enjoy watching it, and your friends can do so as well.

Unless you are more concerned about strangers (subs or randoms) if they will want to see your post then probably go with the analytics route to determine the most ideal time to do so.

Make a schedule of posting. But you must have to stick with this and follow the schedule. Make a routine and also make a backup for one to two when you are free like on weekends. I recommended you post on Sunday. Because there is much traffic on this day.

I agree with this - except for the Sunday thing... instead, look at your Analytics page, under the Audience tab. If you scroll down, YT tells you when you have the most viewers online, so try to post on that day/time.

I've tried posting on every day of the week, but Sunday is my lowest number of viewers. Your channel will be different.

I post my vids on Sunday.....just because I like posting them on Sunday. I should look at my analytics now and then to see if they can tell me anything interesting...

I can tell you that recently I've played around with when I publish videos... and a Sunday video did well, as the analytics said it would, and my normal M/W/F schedule is playing out nicely... but posting a video yesterday... not so good.
