Slow motion in Adobe Premiere Pro

Hi Guys,
I've recorded some clips in 60fps and want to slow a make a couple of seconds within the clip half speed (for example when a car pulls out in front of me!).

Does anyone have any tips on how to do it? Everything I seem to read about slowing 60fps footage is for the entire clip which isn't what I want to do.

Cheers!

Use the cut tool (c) to separate the bit you want slowed down from the rest. Then right click on the bit in the timeline and select "time/duration", then you type "50%" in the speed bit and boom, it also slows down/deepens the sound for added entertainment.
