Site Update - Easier To Read Layout Of Threads And Posts

I'm still playing but I'm making the layout of threads and posts easier to read, and use on a mobile etc.

It's a fine balance of being a traditional forum and keeping up with the times as such.

So before now the site looked like this when you're searching sub forums etc. Nothing wrong with it as such but it's a bit same old and a little harder to use in iPads or mobiles etc.

I'm still tweaking but going forwards, we'll be getting something like this. I'll maybe show a snippet of what the content within

Whole idea is to be able to see the latest post without actually needing to open the thread, within reason.

I did notice the PC users have a bit more to scroll with but hey ho

This is actually quite nice. It'll take a bit of time to get used to, but I think it's a good change.

Nope don't like it. Makes it feel and look like another local motorcycle forum that's full of stupid people and I think offers bad advice. So nothing like this one.

I'm trying to like this, but I'm struggling to be honest. While you can see what's been posted it's at the expense of skimming down the list fto cherry pick topics.

I do think that images need to be excluded or at least replace the actual image with an {img} or {media} tag so you know there's something there.

Agreed - I'm not liking the images as it is so will be tweaking

Images are now blocked from showing in the preview - Looks loads better now
