haha, thanks pizzaonaninja. I worked a lot of overtime + odd jobs and did without other stuff so I could have my toys, I'm not feeling guilty one bit.

Yeah...the front fender covered it. Don't think I trust anyone enough to buy a used bike again.

Oh well...live and learn...I have an upgraded set of forks on their way from the Netherlands as of tomorrow.

Good deal! Did he send you any photos? How does the Striple compare to the 919, or are you going to do a vid on the subject?

Yeah he sent some real detailed pictures, the forks look really mint. They have about 6k miles on them.

I might do a comparison video in the future...I've thought about it. However, it's kind of hard to remember exactly how the 919 felt. BUT...I can tell you it felt amazingly similar to the Striple haha. The kid that bought my 919 from me lives an hour from me and is also 22...maybe I'll have to meet up with him and do a bike swap for a short ride so I can really get a good comparison video.
