Quick Shifter, Keep/fix It Or Uninstall?

I've got a PK-Power quickshifter set up on my bike and i've been doing alot of debating on wether or not to keep it on or take it off...
Firstly, I don't ride track, so it wouldnt be all too often that i'd use it. Only now and then when the autobahn is free and i feel like hittin some high speeds. Also, my quickshifter doesn't always work... which kinda defeats the point of having it. I've got the quickshifter hooked up to a Power commander, which i've been told could be why the quickshifter doenst always work (Quickshifter isn't from Powercommander = worse compatability?)
I haven't been able to find much about adjusting the quickshifter, so i dont know if this is a problem i can fix or not.

Any help/ ideas?

Power commander just sees the quick shifter as a switch, it's either on or off.

Do you have it setup correctly in the power commander.

What exactly do you mean? The previous owner had set it up so im uncertain how its been setup..

I personally don't think a quick shifter is worth it on a street bike but that's just me. Save some money and forget about it imo.

Although I feel like it would be pretty boss on the autobahn.

Connect to your power commander and see what setting are in it.
