What is an app for samsung for editng videos

Hello, could you possibly explain your question a little better?

Do you mean an app for editing videos on a samsung and therefore android phone?

Or do you just have a samsung laptop and wondering what software to use on that?

Don't no anything about phones, but can recommend Sony Movie Studio for PC editing, it's what I use.
