That's ridiculous I would be in jail if I was there. I have something wrong in my head where if someone upsets me or does something very wrong to me I go into beat some ass or kill mode. The military messed me up a little. I physically couldn't hold back and call the cops is someone was robbing me or anything like that.I'm Portugal if you caught someone doing a robbery you have to call police. The police say that is for the safety of people you are not advise to confront the thiefs , you you have to run or hide.
By the time you end the call the thief in long gone. If you are the first to shot or hit the thief you will get in trouble even if your life Is at risk.
There are countless cases of people defending they live and loved one, their property getting in trouble because the shot or beaten the thief.
And the most ridiculous is that the thief only is acussed if is caught in the act or later with the stolen property.
One shocking event last year in Portugal. A gypsy gang went to a robbery with a stolen van, one of the man took in underage son (15 or 16 years old). The man was a criminal invaded from prison several month ago. They were almost caught in the act by the police, but manage to escape and started a persuit. The gypsy gang crash and they star a shooting with the police. The kid is shoot dead and they are all caught. They they go to court and are free because they didn't had anything stolen with them, and to resume along story the police that shoot the kid got 15 years I prison and had to pay a huge sum of money to family of the kid. This is how ridiculous thing are in Portugal. We cannot defend our selves with out risking going to jail.
Sorry for off-topic.
Just receive a quote from anchor Las. I contacted direct and got a quote of €400. That is expensive
We can choose the core we want. I have choose the Dom Diamant wish is considers the Roll Royce of locks.
Sorry for the last long post of mine. I don't want to bother you with shitty things about my country.
I want to start showing you how great and beautiful my country is.
Ive found this one a grade 6 @ £150 - http://nothingbutpadlocks.com/produ...pIMx5zTUAsZCaqjaZgy1b4diOQD89tfFskhoCQbzw_wcB
I will look at it when I get home. Thank you
No worries, there's quite a few on the market by the looks of things. I think €400 is alot of money.
I have look at the abus padlock and is not yet what I'm looking. The chuckle of this padlock is only hardened steel. I'm looking for Boron hardened steel. The price of the anchor las padlock is because of the core I choose. At this moment the core I choose (Dom Diamant) is one of the most secure.
That's why the prices high.
I think because both can withstand what is required for a padlock to be grade 6. Although the padlock with boron shackle will take more time and effort to cut or damage.
Just find out another alternative is the ABLOY PL362.
This one can be purchase around 150€.
