Problem With Youtube Signature

I am struggling with this issue for quite a while now.
Why would the picture below my signature take people to GiveWay channel which is NOT MINE. My channel name is GiveWay Motovlog. Can you help me remedy this please?

For example:

You're using their channel name within your profile. You need to put your own YouTube url account details

Ok. I manually put the channel name in the URL. Let's see if it works.
