Problem with gopro hero 5 screen :(

my gopro's lcd screen is not working.and i have done all the things told by customer service team . still not working.can anyone suggest what to do next?

The front or the back screen?
You could possibly try reinstalling the firmware, but if it is a failure it could be broken. If that is the case then you may have to send it off to GoPro for them to fix it. Can you connect the camera to your phone still? If so, at least you are still able to adjust the settings that way.

problem with back screen.
yes, i can connect to my phone
but i forgot my gopro wifi password.so what should i do if i want to connect to another phone?

I had to reset my hero 4 when I got it but I can't remember how it is done. I love how GoPro has the screen in front to you can at least tell if it is recording. Only thing I hate about those cheap cameras.
