Ok ok, here's my problem. i switched from Armenian language to English recently (I'm a native Eng speaker), I'm putting way more effort into every video I do and people say I have really good production quality.

Here's my question. I'm trying to go for the whole 1000 subscribers on YouTube. The question is, where do you spread around your videos?!

just search for motovlogging groups on the facebook search. You could join "Challenge Accepted (Motovlogger)" but that isn't a place to just spam your content, it is a place to set and respond to little challenges

I find interaction helps. If you have subs that comment, try to comment back. I have heard that YouTube likes to hide comments but I have not really experienced that since I moderate 99% of the comments. Same applies if you have subbed to someone. Recently I commented on a fellow motovlogger's video and someone else subbed to me pointing out they found me that way.

Probably try to adjust your camera maybe a wide angle to include the bike's meter, some people like to see the meter, feels more like they are on the bike riding. And probably ride more with your female rider friend I guess. If you put that in the title like riding like girl biker probably might help.

If you just want to see the 1000 number just buy them.

If you want to actually have people who like your stuff the only real way is make more stuff and one day you will make something that people like.
Review videos always do well.

It’s good to have a plan. I just got my 200th sub which I didn’t expect to happen over night - special thanks to Being Here Now, With Percy for being #200!

I had set a goal of reaching 200 by the end of the year, so I’m ahead of schedule. What’s helped is connecting to other vloggers on YouTube, and social media - Facebook (as was mentioned), and Instagram has helped me as well. You can also create your own events. Reach out to motorcycle companies that make anything from T-shirts, posters, keychains, etc. ... . Reach out to other vloggers, or clubs and see if you can create a meet-up/riding trading post. See if the motorcycle companies will give you some free swag that you can trade off with other vloggers/clubs. Tell the companies that you’ll motovlog the entire event on YouTube, Instagram, etc. ... . Make it an event that you can also notify viewers about on your channel to generate a buzz. It takes hustle and leg work, but it can happen.

At least in my country the click bait works absolutely, i started Mvlogging 1.5 year ago, and found out that another vlogger which started almost ath the same time as me has reached 70 K subs!! vs 290 of mine, his vlogs always contain road rage, light collisions, accidents, bad words, memes, a lot of memes, honestly his video edition is awesome and although his root is morbid and violence, his material is very entertained and even in a strange way funny.

Yesterday i could capture a van that cut its way to the bike in front of me, probably i´ll use that material for some click bait, it depends that if your vid goes viral you´ll have a lot of chances to get more subs.

The Vlogger i'm writing about is "Joseph Mask", you could find him like that in YT, check out his style and take what might work for you. (note: all his material is in spanish)

I'll second what R-Rated said above. Interaction helps a lot. I always start my morning with coffee and checking to see if I have any comments. And I try to respond to each one. If you are really trying to build a viewership that's connected with you, I think that's a critical part.

I broke the 50 subscriber mark the other day a couple of months after launching my channel. It doesn't sound like much but for me, it's a big number. I'm an anonymous vlogger because I want to stay true to my content. And some of the content that I have planned will not sit well with some of the people in my professional orbit.

That means that I couldn't really leverage my friends, family, and co-workers to start off my subscriber base with. The bulk of my subscriber count has been built by interacting with other vloggers and my viewers. In my first video, I talked about 2 vloggers that inspired me to do this and linked to their channels at the end. Of them, GreatEgret, really had a lot of great feedback for me and then he did a few minutes in a video of his to talk about my channel. That got me a really nice bump in subscribers.

I would love to hit that 1,000 mark too. But I'm taking a long game approach to that. What I really want is to build a subscriber base of people who find value in my content. I think if I can provide valuable content then the subscriber base will build to that 1,000 mark in a meaningful way.

RiderinRed you just gained a sub from me. I mostly just use instagram and connecting through comments on videos.

you also need to make videos that people will search for, so do some "how to" style vids, or a review of your bike
That's an interesting idea. I'm actually gonna do a few reviews of my gear over winter since I won't be able to ride so that might help!

Actually I've experienced comment hiding quite a lot! At least 2-3 out of 10 comments will be hidden for no apparent reason. I do respond to every commenter in my videos, but you're right! We gotta go out and comment on other's videos too! PS. I actually appreciate everytime you drop a comment on my videos :) I'll try to make mine more frequent as well ;)

Congrats with the 200 subs! I have a goal of 200 and I'm pretty close! Hoped to gain up to 200 in October but only had 33+ people, so not quite there but it's working out it seems :) Events are cool, i'ma try doing more next season.

@Percy it takes awhile for sure! What I'm trying to do is basically reach out to newer people that I don't have a reach at atm. I do want that 1000 to be organic not just bought subs obviously!

armenian motovlogger???!! you just got one sub gained!!! i am from greece but prefer to put english subs instead of speaking english :)
Hey man, we've spoken over my yt comments ! Thanks for subscribing <3

Means a lot my man! I think posting short clips of the current vid on instagram, might be an interesting iea. Have you tried anything like that?
