Dislikes don't really hurt your vid and they actually help add to your stats in a weird, convoluted way. I have a couple of serial dislikers, aka haters. I always joke that they are ex-girlfirends, but they are probably just some dickheads that just decided they don't like me. Also if you collaborate, or are friendly to another channel, you'll pick up their haters, too. They're like a YouTube STD.

It'll come. Just don't waste your times buying likes/views/subs on YouTube. It will get your videos pulled and even if the video doesn't get pulled it will give you a shitload of subs with 0 engagement that will ultimately screw your stats. Some of the big time YouTubers from way back got famous doing that but that was before YouTube cracked down on it. Plus, say you buy subs, after a while, they will start dropping off, because they all come from click farms overseas. Thousands of bogus channels, which ultimately disappear from YouTube, either because the user deactivates it or it goes unused and YouTube drops it. So you're constantly battling falling subs.

Just focus on networking, cooperating and good content and you will get there.
