S1000RR!
Its a long story about my dream but I wont get into that here, I finally got this 2014 RR on 2nd May (two weeks back) and did a 2 day trip to Luxembourg and another 2 day trip to Nurburgring
(vlogs getting ready) , rode it for a total of 1500kms now.
Just wanted to share few pics of the bike.
The RR!
The lens flare adding a nice effect. It wasnt intentional btw.
HID for low beam, normal halogen for high beam.
Instead of having one single piece of fairing cover the whole side portion of the bike, they have multiple pieces all blending together seamlessly.
The LED tail lamps. There are also two air vents on the side panels btw.
Bike comes with this tank pad.
Left switchgear, that trip-lap-set is one of the most used button to go to different menus and stuff.
Right switchgear, the heated grips on this sure feels nice
Comes with an adjustable steering damper, it must be in its stock setting, havent bothered to check that out yet.
The triple clamp with fully adjustable forks. Right now its all in default setting!
I just love the look from this angle, can stare at it all day
Pillion seat is very very small!
That aluminium thing you see on fuel tank is for the BMW tank bag. The bag kind of gets locked on to those holes so it stays very stable.
The swingarm.
It has stock tyres which are Bridgestone Battlax BT016. It seems to do a fantastic job.
Brembo brakes, one finger pull is enough.
RR enjoying some greenery!
Riding through the forest!
