Feedback Needed My First Motovlog From My Ninja 300

So here is my input and please keep in mind everyone has different tastes in what they watch. And over all I think you did a great job. Keep it up.

1: Remove dead air, as in times when you are not talking. Unless you are showing something interesting people tend to click off.
2: Pretend you are talking to a friend and not recording a video. Will give a more welcoming tone to your voice. (Takes Practice)
3: The audio is interesting, I can hear you clear but there is a lot of background noise. Maybe get a deadcat for your mic if you don't have one.
4: Do not do voice overs while on the bike. I may be wrong but the start of the video sounded like a voice over. People may disagree but as soon as I hear voice over I click off
5: This may be a bit more advance but start your videos with a hook. You only have about 10sec to make someone keep watching your video. You have to use that time to get them to keep watching. This is very hard to do and I struggle with it. But something to work towards.

Thank you so much, this feedback is gold. Really I appreciate the time you took to give me some real thoughtful suggestions.

Having more usable raw footage I think will help me with being able to more relentlessly cut dead air. Talking to myself in a way that is presentable was a lot more challenging than I expected. Most of my dialog was not usable at all, it was just way too awkward and cringy.
Good ears, the audio was botched in the beginning part, so I re-recorded in post. I will try to be more mindful of how that might come off as insincere.

Thanks for the advice about the hook. I was aware of that concept and was trying to keep that in mind, but I gave myself more than 10 seconds. I should have cut that shorter or maybe not even used it at all.

I might not be able to fix all these issues by the time I make my next video, but I will definitely keep them in mind and I will hopefully improve. Again thank you, I am too close to my own work to be impartial, and I can't fix the issues I am blind to.

I just got my Kawasaki 300 brand-new three weeks ago and I love it! Good video and there were some good recommendations in the above to make it better! Keep riding and ride safe wife's hate it when we take risks
