Hi guys my exhaust on my scooter has broke and I am wondering what I need to fix it. Dont want to buy a new one because I am doing my test soon.

Any help would be much appreciated.

Also wondering if I can take the exhaust of and get a silencer of some kind cause I think the scooter would look pretty good without the exhaust.

Here is a video of it

There is no way to fix it due to the expansion chamber being so close to the outlet.

Basicaly (That rugby looking thing on your exhaust underneith is where all the power is produced, with the crack being after the 'expansion' chamber, it's "bogging" down and not producing enough back pressure.)

Theres one way but only if you know a 'Very' Good Welder.

I'd pretty much say your going to need a new system, as it is a clean break, it will be pretty hard to weld back together, & due to all the rust he will more than likley say it's not worth it.

I'm sure there will be plenty of parts going cheap ish on Ebay as it's a Jap Scooter ?

So you should be able to pick one up fairly cheap.

Keep it the way it is, sounds sweeeeet!

I Second That !!

Its Illegal plus it would destroy my engine.
Lol in fairness though I doubt it's mot worthy right now, and it's certainly doing no favours for your engine as it is . ;)

Just get a used system from ebay/breakers somewhere, can't be that much.

Problem with coupler... With what are you going to couple it together on, it looks like there is so much rust there, by the time you've cleaned it off to get a decent seal, you'll have nothing left.
