The laws around here state that if the lights haven't changed within the time limit of a full cycle (there's no actual time, it's just all observation) you're allowed to proceed forward through the intersection while yielding.

I like your use of multiple views/cameras. I'm so used to being able to accelerate quickly on my scooter that I hate driving my car now.
