mic wind blocker

Coming back to this AGAIN.

I'm very happy with my moto helmet setup but the cycling wind blocking just wasn't cutting it. There was way too much wind noise when I wasn't pedaling like a tourist so it was back to the drawing board and I think I finally nailed it.

No lie, its ghetto as hell but works incredibly well...

1: Audio Technica 3350
2: Affix the included foam blocker
3: Trim sponge insert over foam
4: Trim shoe box foam stuff insert over sponge (the lady had a pair of shoes that had foam in the box i snatched that shit right up)
5: Trim Crown Royal bag and wrap over foam (I was on a Crown Royal kick for a long time and kept a number of the bags it comes with)
6: Zip tie

Pics and stuff later

I have just a cheap mic with the foam thing around it, I put it inside my helmet right wear my mouth is and the wind is blocked very well, you can also tuck it in one the the pads in your helmet to the left or right side

I bought £2 worth of fake fur and got the sewing kit out. Works a treat for external mic with my drift.

I just shoved a foam mic cover from a turtle beach headset onto my mic and it works pretty good for me..... I think
