Sundays are bad for me, and I do also work weekends so can't do all Saturdays either, but can do the odd one!

Rykas would be good. With a good tailwind i might make it up Box hill XD Perhaps if we found a prospective Saturday that worked and waited to see if others can join too that might be a good shout (I'm not sure how many on here are local)
