Magix Video Deluxe users

I wanna realize how many users of the forum are using the software in subject.
I bought it two years ago and need some tips on how to do things properly.

I use MAGIX Movie Edit Pro Plus at this moment.
I think the 2018 version.

Have been using Magix for a good 6 or 7 years or so i would guess
Not a professional in using it, but it does everything i need it to be able to do.

Yeah, a lot of them.
And of the different versions as well.

I think that Magix provides multiple tutorials also.

The fact is that the basics are quite easy, the problems arise when I got to setup some advanced features like tha Mercalli stabilizer.
I couldn't make it work properly even after several trials, nope.
I'm evaluating the possibility to buy another suite maybe much easy to work with.
Furthermore, the support is quite useless for the advanced topics.

So, my Hard disc crashed.
Can't uninstall Magix, because the Disc is no longer present.

Can't install Magix, due to error (probably he thinks Magix is still present?)

So Magixless now, and can't really find a solution.
Any ideas here?

That's right, you can't install it because the old one has not been deactivated first.
Try to contact customer service w/ all the relevant purchasing infos.

Well, it took some time, but thanks to a great customer support i got it running today.
Just in time, as i need to edit something for tomorrow xD
