This short video shows how to remove the rear wheel on a KTM 390 Duke. The Duke 125, 200 and 250 all have the same rear wheel, as does all the RC range. The Husqvarna 401 Svartpilen and Vitpilen also share the same swingarm so the process should also be identical for those too with just the rear wheel being a different design:
