Hello,

New member, short term creeper here.

Decided to start videoing my adventures on my motorbike.

I live in Brisbane, sunny Queensland, Australia.

Using a side mounted Drift Ghost with a mic wired into the helmet, if this becomes a long term thing I'll look at upgrading my gear but I'm more focussed on spendings on my bike than camera equipment.

Wow the ghost is quite a high end model already. Won't need to upgrade for many years I don't plan on changing my Drift HD1080 to a ghost for a few years at least.

Agreed on the Upgrade front!

The stuff you film with it will make a bigger difference so... Spend on the bike! Spend on the bike!

I have a Drift HD1080 too, and not plans to upgrade in the near future. Not til something new arrives that blows all the other cameras out of the water! I'm waiting for a 4K, 270º, Waterproof to 10 miles, mind controlled, solar powered camera that i wear like a contact lens. THEN and only then will I upgrade!!

@MsRandomnS - I've recorded a couple of rides worth of footage but it is on too much of an angle for my liking so I'm gonna hold out until I get something I like.

I've seen your latest vlog and now I see why you are a realist while riding... the drivers that drive and how they drive in that there city you live in there (yikes !). Planning on getting more vlogs up soon ???

I caught a lady trying to to text and drive at 10kph while I filter past today. I'm trying to ensure I have plenty of footage for a weekly vid.
