With regards to view and subs, just picked RJ's channel to look at as an example as he's established and successful.
RJ has 360,000 subscribers, looking through the numbers of views for videos from the last couple of months it's anywhere from 70,000 to 200,000. Not all subs are views, so your views are your true guide to subs. I have 369 subs, so 1/1000th of RJs numbers, and my video stats aren't so far off his if you scale it by 1000. RJ gets lots of comments as well. Long story short, look at your typical views and see how many comments you're getting, that's your true figures.
