General How'd You Choose Your Bike?

Been awhile since I posted in here. Thought I would share this one, could make for an interesting conversation.

I did not choose the bike.. the bike choose me. (Wow, choose is such a weird looking word if you look at it enough times...)

I had no clue what i wanted. i was looking all over the net. found 750 honda shadow aero and heard awesome things about it. after owning it for a year. i already know what i want for my next bike 1300 stateline. i cant wait.

I wanted to ride a sports bike. Where I live, new riders have to ride a bike under 660cc for a year.
I started out on a Kawasaki Ninja 250
I am still on the ninja until November then I want to get something sporty around 750cc I think.
