I've reached the age where I now mutter about aches when I get out of a chair, have to watch the news to "see what's been happening whilst I was sleeping/working/otherwise occupied", and every radio in the house, including my alarm clock, is tuned to Radio 4 so I get my RDA of Today without having to do anything other than turn them on as I meander the house of a morning.

So yes, I'm turning 30 in December.
