Hide selfie stick? Samsung Gear 360?

I’m really liking @HippoDrone insta360 because of the invisible stick etc.

However I own a gear 360 that I haven’t used in donkeys.

Is anyone using one? Can you hide the selfie stick from a mount?

My knowledge on other cameras is non existent. @R-Rated what camera do you have? You can do the invisible selfie-stick thing with yours can't you?

I think the only thing you could do would be try to crop the video so you can't see most of it.

I am using a Samsung Gear 360 2017 model. It work about 95% flawless with the Insta360 invisible selfie stick. I think the first gen might have the advantage of being more an orb than "¡" shaped.

Just don't let your Smartphone try to process the video with a fixed POV. It gets wonky results. I sent Hippo a sample a while back of the craziness.

P.s it turns out all 360 cams hide the selfie stick lol

You just keep it point straight on the end not aimed towards you.
