Just my personal opinion but I used a bloggie for a week before I went off my mind and got a GoPro/OlympusDS40.

I hated having it pressing into my face, ANNOYING!!!!!

(Also, to answer your question, the sound wasn't great when I used it, but it was OKish.)

Welcome! I use my pm5 for my voice and it works just fine if you can fit the camera in your helmet comfortably.
