Hero3 silver date and time

Hey guys is there any way of putting a date and time stamp onto to footage on the hero3 silver?

You'll have to add that through a video editor I think. Can't see an option with GoPro itself.

I haven't seen a datestamp option, even looking through the app. But it's not hard to add in a basic editor. even as simple as movie maker.
