I agree, others may wish to discuss similar deals. We've established thought that cards come in varying prices, quality and from various retailers and to be sure who you are buying from!

I just got a GoPro hero 4 silver and a class 10 U1 card by Transend, but at 1080/60fp it would just turn off after 17 minutes, and in superview it would only record 13 min. But at 1080/30 it'll shoot fine. Tested up to an hour of continuous filming.

I have that same card, and it works good on both my Drift Ghost S and Drift Stealth 2. I mostly use it in my Stealth at either 720x60 or 1080x30 and it works great for both! Ive used it once in my Ghost S at 1080x60 and it seemed to do the trick! But then again I only used it once in that camera for one shot I needed. Hope it works good for you!

My SanDisk 32GB Ultra was bricked by the Hero4, no idea how. You can view the files but you cannot delete or format the card (trust me I tried every possible way). Dumped it and got a HK brand one LOCA 32GB. I've been told Lexar is way better than SanDisk, perhaps I shall try that brand IF the LOCA ones gives issues.

Don't waste your money on anything above a Class 10/U1 rated card as even the greediest GoPro Hero 4 Black camera has a bitrate far under the minimum rating for those classes.

E.g. This 32GB Samsung card for under £12 delivered is not going to perform any worse than these ridiculously overspecced cards for twice the price!

i use Samsung evo's in my gopro hero 3+ never once had a problem as of yet the problem i keep getting the quality drops massively wile being edited
