I have been struggling with wind noise and buffeting on my V85TT so have made a front cowl to replace the OEM screen out of an MX front number board! :)

I also attempted to vinyl wrap it, which looks ok from afar, but less so up close. I'll redo that at some point as I am also not too keen on the design I put together.

Will be testing it in an upcoming video! :)

I am dealing with dialing in my retrofitted fairing and buffeting at different speeds. I may have to just always go 55 or slower and 65 and faster!

Looks great in the pics! Did you use the mounting hardware from your OEM windscreen?

Haha, and I bet that speed is the one you use the most? :D
Yup, I drilled 4 holes in the plastic cowl and mounted it to the screen mounts. I used a heatgun to reshape the cowl a bit too after cutting out the circular bits for the lights :)

Remember, how the aerodynamics tests were done, before wind tunnels? stick some yarn threads on your bike and see how the air flows. Then you'll know on which knee to bend it next :p
