Music First Time Knee Down On The Road! :d

I finally managed to get my knee down on my favorite stretch of road in Cape Town. Felt amazing. I managed to do it 3 times after that as well! I feel like I have finally "Got it" if that makes sense.

 
I'm going to be honest and nothing but and this is only my opinion.

There is nothing special about getting a knee down, especially on public streets. On a track, it's a rudimentary skill at most. A lot of the time, in an effort to just get that knee down, riders on the street will use poor body postion.

I just can't get on-board with treating a public roadway like a track.

That said, I don't mean this as a personal attack in any way, really just my two cents.

Noted and thanks for the honesty.

I merely wanted to do it on the road to prove to myself that I could. I know this stretch of road extremely well and decided when was best with no cars in front or behind me. This corner is also very easy to get low and get knee down so wasn't exactly hard.

I haven't done knee down on public roads since this video so you can take solace in the fact that I don't go scraping knee each time I go out.

I did, I like your music and the angles you catch are fantastic.

I'm an old dad though, so don't mind me...it's just instinct and as much as I try not to, I just care about people in general.
 
Dude nice!!! My first thought was how many cameras does this guy have, love the angles.

PS: Hope you realize how lucky you buggers are down there, I have to drive 200km+ to get to any twisties up here in JHB.

Haha thank you!

This was all shot with ONE gopro hero3 black. I did multiple runs on the road and then cut it together to look like I had 3 cameras B-)

Ya we are quite lucky. I live 10mins from that road.
